Phoronids at Pillar Point on the central California coast (USA)

The pinkish coloring is the hemoglobin-containing red blood showing through the translucent white epidermis of the trunk.  Blood vessels extend into the tentacles, but that's difficult to see in these green-tinted lophophores.
